SyncPacker Platform

The basic operation of the platform always remains the same: the Feeder-Buffer dynamically feeds products into the Singulator. There, the products are singulated, rotated if necessary, and collected on the Orientating Belt.

The products are then picked by a robot or cobot, depending on the product and specific situation.

Thanks to its modular design, the system fits into almost any production environment. By duplicating SyncPacker Platforms you can reach any capacity.

The system is easy to clean and fully mobile. If you occasionally need to manually pack a certain product, you can simply move the line aside.

Options like Quality Control can be integrated.
