1. What does SyncPacker do?
We create automated packaging lines. Our Singulator can singulate food items, making it easy to pack them with a cobot or manipulator.

3. How long does the implementation process take?
From order to delivery, the implementation takes 4 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the line, the desired integration, and any customizations. We provide a clear schedule in consultation.
4. Is SyncPacker easy to clean?
Yes, we designed a minimalist, clean design and the central wheel can be easily removed from the machine for cleaning.
5. What if there is a malfunction?
Our lines are mobile; you can simply move them aside and temporarily continue the process manually. Our solutions are modular, and we provide exchange modules with your line. These modules can be quickly swapped without technical knowledge.
6. Do malfunctions happen often?
No, SyncPacker is based on smart and robust hardware. Our modules, robots, and manipulators are compact and specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions and rough handling typical in the food industry. They are easy to operate and maintain. We understand that machines in this sector are used intensively. That’s why we provide exchange modules so that any malfunction can be quickly and easily resolved without technical knowledge.
7. What if I still need your help?
Our support team is ready to assist you. We offer both remote support and on-site service from our central location in Central Europe. Thanks to the modular design of our systems, many issues can be resolved quickly, often without a technician having to visit. With our maintenance and service contracts, you’re assured of maximum continuity.
8. Are you a new company and why should I do business with you?
Yes, we are a young company, but our system is patented almost worldwide and unique in its kind. We deliver simplicity, reliability, and personal service, partly thanks to our exchange modules and fast remote support. And if you want, we’re happy to visit you in person.
9. Do you offer warranty on the SyncPacker systems?
Yes, we provide warranty on our systems and parts. Warranty terms and duration depend on the modules in your line and are linked to the service contract you sign with us. With a service contract, you are guaranteed optimal support and quick repairs during the warranty period. Without a service contract, standard warranty conditions apply, which we are happy to discuss with you.
10. I want to invite you for a non-binding meeting at my location before filling in a form. Is that possible?
Yes, of course! We’re happy to come to you. However, we need to know at least which products you want to package. If we believe we can help — which is the case in about 90% of inquiries — we will schedule an on-site visit.
11. Is SyncPacker a big investment?
Compared to the cost of labor, definitely not. You will realize significant savings and no longer depend on hard-to-fill labor positions. It is also a necessary investment.
